DAY 4 – FROM SAMBURU PARK TO ABERDARE NATIONAL PARK

Today we left our lodge in Samburu Park and drove up to The Ark at Aberdare National Park. It was with sad faces we needed to leave the lovely people who has been super nice. Not only great service, but also kind people in general that likes to talk to us in not only in a profession way.

Before we stopped for lunch we bought some mangos and passed through the equator where a guy showed us how the water turned clockwise and anticlockwise depending on which side of the border you were. But also that the water didn’t spinn exactly on the border. After that we purposely fell in a tourist trap and bought bracelets 😊

When arriving to a place for lunch we had some spare time so we walked around the premise before we took a beer to cool down. The lunch buffet was super nice and before we took the bus to our lodge we sat down, enjoyed the view and read a book.

On the way to the lodge (The Ark), we did some game drive, but did'n’t see too many animals 🙃 When we arrived to The Ark we could se a lot of animals that came to the water hole. Except for looking at animals we explored the lodge. Its capacity seemed quite high, but we were only two companies there 😅

After a good dinner we took a nice drink before going to bed, it’s going to be an early morning.
