SINGAPORE

I arrived in the middle of the night and went straight to the hotel. The idea was to go up early in order to have the whole day in Singapore before my flight leaves in the evening. But this morning I prioritised sleep because the bed was so comfortable (even though I was too tall for it and slept diagonal ^^ ). At around 10-11 I was at Garden By The Bay. This place was really beautiful. I started with going to the Flower Dome which had all kinds of flowers. It was really big and it was divided in different parts of the world and displayed the flowers and trees from that part of the world.

After this I went to the cloud forest where they had a big mountain with flowers, trees and a waterfall. This place also tried to make people think about the environment and what we do and how we live are affecting the environment. I liked it 🙂

When I was done with the both domes I walked to the Supertree Grove (see pictures). I also wandered around in the garden and watched the different kinds of gardens within the garden 🙂

I also took a stroll along Marina bay and went to Merlion Park. After this I continued to walk a bit. My aim was to get to a place called Platform 1094 which is a Harry Potter themed restaurant! 😀 I ordered a drink that is known as The Goble of Fire 😛 A Goble of fricking Fire!! Super cool 😁 The nerd in me was happy 🙂

The idea was to continue to India town but the rain started to pour down and I didn’t have a jacket 🙁 After trying to wait it out I took a taxi to the airport.. This was my day today. Saw what I wanted and I am pleased with that! Next stop, Bali! 😀
