FESTIVAL AT THE UNIVERSITY
Yesterday (and today actually) was a festival and the lab was open and a lot of people came and tried the different games that people at the lab has made. A LOT OF PEOPLE. Because I did not put anything for display (and of course did not speak Japanese) I could walk around and experience the festival. There where a lot of food stands, people singing, acting – what I guess was some sort of play, playing music, dancing, martial art, joggling and a lot of Michael Jackson impersonators ^^. In the evening the lab went for all you can eat and drink and ended up in a karaoke place 🙂 Not as you would think it is in a typical Swedish (or I would guess other places too), where you go up on a stage and sing for a lot of random people. Here we rented a room and sat together and queued a lot of songs and if you wanted to sing in the mike, you just grabbed it.
ALSO! I found someone that actually wants to see the Eurovision!! From Canada of every places ^^ It’s perfect! I don’t need to sit here in the middle of the night, or even early morning (4:00), by my self and watch Eurovision – It’s GREAT! ^^
