LAST DAY IN FIJI

Today started with the nice breakfast and took the local bus to the Sand Dunes. Unfortunately the girl I was with started to have an allergic reaction to peanuts. She didn’t feel well, but it wasn’t dangerous. They had peanut butter at the breakfast and someone had probably used the same knife or something.. 😕 But a well needed rest (for her) we started our hike to the Sand Dunes. It was beautiful! 🤩 We walked a path that led us to the sand dunes and it was so nice! The sun was shining and it was very warm! We needed to find a shadow to cool down before we continued x)

We actually got lost.. We were supposed to follow a sign, but we couldn’t find it. We also thought that we were directed wrongly and ended up walking tooooo far. Like really far. In the sun, not enough water and sun was shining. But the view was amazing 😁 In the end we got picked up by one local that gave us his newly bought water and drove us back to the entrance. Super nice of him 🙂

We took the local bus to Sigatoka where we ended up on a local market before he headed home. All in all it was a good day with very nice company 😎
